After Dalgona, more confections this year
In 2020, people enjoyed Dalgona coffee, which is like a coffee cloud in a glass of milk, and kori kohi, which is coffee turned into ice cubes and served with milk. This year, the coffee craving continues, but this time, people will be looking for confections.
According to Whole Foods Market, an American multinational supermarket chain, “Java is giving a jolt to all kinds of food.” Items like granola, smoothies and yogurt will appease our caffeine fix. Why wait until that happens when we already have a slew of coffee-flavored pastries and breakfast items ready for eating pleasure?
Here are 10 to kickstart this 2021 food trend.
